The Customers Page in Daffaa: Every Customer, Their Transfers and Total Paid in One Place
04 Nov 2026 · 2 min read · 7 views
If you run an SMM panel or sell to repeat customers, you often get asked "did my money arrive?" Searching all transactions takes time, so Daffaa has a Customers page that groups payment history by username.
What the page shows
It groups transactions that carry a username (for example a panel customer who typed their username on the payment page, or a transfer from a number linked to a username). Each row shows the username, number of transactions, total amount (all statuses, including pending), completed amount, stores, distinct sender numbers and last transaction. Summary cards show total customers, transactions, total amount and completed amount. Rows are sorted by transaction count. Transfers without a username stay in Transactions only.
Search and filter
Open Customers from the sidebar (or type G then C in the command palette), search by part of a username, pick a store, or set a minimum number of transactions to see repeat buyers, then click View.
Customer details
The details view shows totals and every transfer, newest first, with date, store, provider, sender number, amount and status (completed, pending, failed, canceled or needs action).
Practical uses
- Answer "did it arrive?" in seconds with date and amount.
- Find repeat customers for coupons or seasonal offers.
- Spot unusual cases, such as one username paying from many numbers.
- Compare total and completed amounts to find transfers that haven't completed.
Staff access
The page is protected by the customers.view permission, so support staff can see customer history without broader permissions. Sign up for Daffaa to get started.
